Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator to join our team at Lemay. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for organizing and coordinating various aspects of our projects, providing technical assistance to our teams, and ensuring compliance with our best practices in BIM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Participate in writing the BIM management plan, attend interdisciplinary and intradisciplinary BIM meetings, monitor models, check the quality and rendering of models, detect interference, and create families and print sheets.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to our production teams, support the project team and modellers, and help manage the ACC (Autodesk Construction Cloud) collaborative platform and/or others.
  • Quality Assurance: Help maintain a high standard of quality in BIM practices, keep the BIM Manager informed of projects' progress, and assist in making decisions regarding tools and methodologies deployed.
Requirements
  • Education: College diploma in architectural technology, a university degree in architecture, or any other combination of relevant training and experience.
  • Experience: Excellent knowledge of BIM and at least 5 years' relevant experience in BIM, proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD software, and bilingualism in French and English.
  • Skills: A team player that's autonomous and proactive, curious and creative with a solution-forward mindset, and ability to manage several projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
