Overview

At Connecting Dots - Clairmont, we are seeking an Executive Director of Operations to join our team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits.

Job Summary

The Executive Director of Operations will be responsible for allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs, authorizing the establishment of major departments, and coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments. They will also establish objectives for the organization, formulate or approve policies and programs, and represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college/CEGEP education.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
Work Environment

This position requires a child care centre work environment.

Supervision

You will be supervising a team of 5-10 people.

Salary and Benefits
