Facilities Supervisor

Dihot's Facility Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a skilled Facilities Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cleaning services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Sites and Facilities: Regularly inspect our facilities to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services are required, such as painting or repairs, and recommend solutions to management.
- Assist Cleaners: Provide support to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required to perform their duties.
- Coordinate Work Activities: Work with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of work activities.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or coordinating role.
- Work Term: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
