- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
