Job Overview

We are seeking an Outside HVAC Sales Representative to join our team in the Fredericton Branch. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our HVAC service business.

Your primary focus will be on selling preventative maintenance agreements to new customers, while also developing territory marketing plans and attending industry events to expand business opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify prospective new customers through disciplined and professional processes.
  • Conduct sales calls to understand customers' needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
  • Develop and execute territory marketing plans to expand business opportunities.
  • Represent our company with pride, integrity, and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
  • Strong value selling capability.
  • Experience selling an intangible service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong technical acumen with a keen eye for detail.
  • Impressive ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and industry standards.
