Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Business: Proactively prospect and engage with our database of leads through calls, emails, and texts.
  • Host Open Houses and Showings: Be the face of our team at open houses and property tours, showcasing homes that meet your clients' unique needs.
  • Negotiate Deals: Act as a trusted advisor during negotiations, ensuring that all parties achieve their desired outcomes in the transaction.
  • Accountability for Outcomes: You'll be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from client prospecting to post-closing follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Alberta Real Estate License: You'll need to have an active license or be willing to obtain one.
  • 50 Calls a Day: Make at least 50 calls a day and have at least 8 meaningful conversations.
  • CRM Management: Stay on top of your goals and leads in our CRM.
  • Daily Huddles: Participate in our daily huddles to stay connected with the team.

Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000+ (commission-based, so the harder you hustle, the more you earn).
