About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory System Configurator to join our team at National Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Cybersecurity IT delivery team, you will play a critical role in creating innovative solutions to real business problems and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support internal customers in their consumption of the Active Directory (AD) service and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Ensure the smooth running of the service on a daily basis, including requests, incidents, and changes, in accordance with Bank processes
  • Contribute to the evolution of the AD ecosystem, implementing tools to facilitate information collection and activity automation
  • Participate in company documentation efforts and produce reports/procedures for quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with the service consumers to achieve common objectives

Requirements
  • College diploma with a specialization in computer science or relevant studies
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD)
  • Advanced knowledge of complex enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid contexts
  • Ability to script and document work
  • Good understanding of networks and firewalls
