About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory System Configurator to join our Cybersecurity IT delivery team at National Bank of Canada. As an expert in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting internal customers in their consumption of the Active Directory service and Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Ensuring the daily operation of the service, including requests, incidents, and changes, in accordance with our processes;
  • Contributing to the evolution of the AD ecosystem, implementing tools to facilitate information collection and activity automation;
  • Participating in the company's documentation effort and producing reports/procedures for deliverables;
  • Collaborating with the service consumers to achieve our sector's common objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma with a specialization in computer science or relevant studies;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Advanced knowledge of complex and extensive enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid contexts;
  • Ability to script and document your work;
  • Good understanding of networks and firewalls;
  • AWS knowledge is an asset.
