About the Role
As a Supervisor at Savers / Value Village, you will play a key role in driving store success and empowering your team to achieve their best. You will be responsible for making important decisions that impact store performance and developing your team members to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Make informed decisions to drive store performance and profitability
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
- Collaborate with other store leaders to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
