Key Responsibilities:- Staff Management: Manage a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth, study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, and analyze sales data to optimize store performance.
- Operations and Logistics: Plan and manage store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and budgeting.
- Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and maintaining a positive store environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
