Rental Service Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Rental Service Supervisor to join our team at Routes Car & Truck Rental Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our rental services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
  • Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Fast-paced environment requiring attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Standing for extended periods and ability to lift heavy objects.
