As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our rental staff, ensuring seamless customer service, and maintaining a high level of efficiency in our rental operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our rental staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Sales and Operations: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize payments, and establish work schedules to ensure optimal productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate tracking and efficient use of resources.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or rental operations role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
