Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, ensuring their ERP software is running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ERP software and its features
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Perform data mapping and migration activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of ERP software experience in Canada
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and business concepts
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
