ERP Accounting System Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Accounting System Implementation Specialist to join our team at Aspire Software. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the implementation of our ERP accounting system for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute the implementation of our ERP accounting system for customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer support and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our ERP system
  • Develop a deep understanding of our ERP system and its features
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources
  • Perform data mapping and migration activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of ERP software experience in Canada or the US
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software
  • Good understanding of business concepts and accounting principles
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
