About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Accounting System Implementation Specialist to join our team at Aspire Software. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for planning and executing system migrations, onboarding clients with training and software support, and providing feedback to our development and support groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ERP accounting systems for our clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
  • Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs, ensuring project delivery success
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ERP software, becoming a subject matter expert and providing guidance to colleagues
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, performing data mapping and migration activities as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of ERP software experience in Canada or the US
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Good understanding of business concepts and accounting principles, as well as ERP systems
  • Self-motivated and highly organized, with a strong attention to detail
