Project Manager

Borea Construction is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the project team to develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and subcontractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor and control project costs, including managing budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Manage and coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including reporting, record-keeping, and data analysis.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, construction, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
