About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Borea Construction. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to manage all work activities on site, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project schedules.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare estimates, contract documents, and payment claims in collaboration with coordinators and superintendents. Update registers of technical documentation and ensure control and conformity of documents.
  • Health and Safety: Conduct site inspections prior to commencement of work, develop and implement site safety programs, and participate in safety meetings and training sessions.
  • Quality Control: Participate in the realization, implementation, and application of quality plans, conduct regular internal quality audits, and support the preparation of execution procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with experience in renewable energy projects an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, ability to work in teams, and high administrative rigor.
