We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Borea Construction. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure project goals are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction teams, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to ensure effective communication and project success.
  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the solar and wind construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required.
