Job Title: Governess - Child Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Governess to join our team at Marie Shanna Fleurantin. As a Governess, you will be responsible for providing top-notch childcare services to our clients, ensuring their children receive the best possible care and attention.

Job Description:Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality childcare services to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school-age children.
  • Develop and implement engaging and educational activities to promote children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks for children, taking into account any dietary restrictions or allergies.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress, including their daily activities, meals, and any notable events.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and provide updates on children's progress.
  • Collaborate with other childcare professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in childcare.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in childcare, preferably in a governess or nanny role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education or related field preferred.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
