Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to manage our kitchen operations at BW Lounge and Dining. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
  • You will be working as part of a team to maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure cleanliness of the kitchen and work areas.
  • Your main responsibilities will include supervising kitchen staff and helpers, training them in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and managing kitchen operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Manage kitchen operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience required.
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 35 hours per week, with a salary of $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
