Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Specialist to join our team at Rock Paper Scissors Indoor Playground. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing menus, supervising kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and coordinate the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Staff Training: Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
