We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our guests feel valued and cared for.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position offering a competitive hourly rate of $19.61-$22.41. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.
About the RoleAs a Food and Beverage Server, you will be the face of our hotel, providing warm hospitality and ensuring that every guest interaction is positive and memorable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded;
- Assisting guests with menu items and beverage options in an informative and helpful way;
- Following outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure seamless operations;
- Having full knowledge of beverage lists and promotions;
- Having full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods;
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY AND SANITATION POLICIES WHEN HANDLING FOOD AND BEVERAGE;
You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of one (1) year recent experience (in the last five years) in a food and beverage related position in a quality establishment;
- Serving It Right and Food Safety certificates;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment;
- A team player with proven success in relationship building;
- A commitment to provide excellent service and exceeding expectations;
- Completely fluent English language skills both written and verbal;
- Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude;
- Professional and impeccable grooming and presentation;
- Barista knowledge would be an asset.
