Job Title: Inventory Control Supervisor

The Lamb Company is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of our inventory, from receipt to shipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inventory management systems to optimize storage and retrieval processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels to inform purchasing and supply chain decisions
  • Implement and maintain accurate inventory records and reports
  • Provide training and guidance to inventory staff on procedures and best practices
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
