Transformative Role in Cyber Security

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Operations Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. This dynamic role will involve collaborating closely with stakeholders within the CO teams to create Process and Procedure documentation and deliver compliance risk reporting.

About the Job
  • This position will lead and support a service to document process and procedure across Cyber Operations, ensuring seamless operations and risk mitigation.
  • The successful candidate will drive results, hold stakeholders accountable for completing Risk Controls creation and review, and provide advisory services on documentation and risk controls.
  • A key aspect of this role will be supporting teams throughout the lifecycle of their technical controls, identifying ongoing process improvements, operational gaps, and potential risk remediation steps.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A university/college graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Expertise in technical documentation, including process/procedure documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to distill complex technical details into concise language.
  • Effective time management and organization skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

This estimate is based on national averages in Canada and may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
