The Food Service Supervisor will oversee the preparation and serving of food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of food preparation and presentation standards
  • Supervision of kitchen staff and coordination of daily activities
  • Training and development of staff members
  • Maintenance of inventory and supplies
  • Preparation of budgets and cost estimates
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in a food service environment
  • Certification in First Aid, CPR, and Smart Serve
  • Safe Food Handling certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based setting

Salary Range: $30,000 - $40,000 per year, depending on experience
