Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Application Services)

At Douglas College, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Application Services department, you will play a critical role in designing and delivering technical solutions that support the college's business vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and lead the delivery of technical solutions to support the college's business vision.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to team members and external resources.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Computing Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent IT program from a recognized post-secondary educational institution.
  • Minimum of three years' relevant experience in programming and analysis.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in project management methodology and several programming and scripting languages.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • A strong technical background and commitment to continual learning.
