Our team is seeking a skilled Compensation Consultant to join our Human Resources department on a temporary full-time basis for 12 months. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our compensation strategies and ensuring alignment with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that support our business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compensation plans are aligned with organizational goals
