Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Services Expert to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an Expert Financial Services Professional, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored advice and solutions.
  • Financial Planning: Collaborate with clients to create comprehensive financial plans, including investment, credit, and banking solutions.
  • Client Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, providing clear and concise advice and guidance on financial matters.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of financial services and solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course) and Quebec – Completed Certificate of Achievement – Personal Finance, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships, digital literacy across a broad range of devices, and fluency in both French and English.
