About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Worker to join our team at Promoguyz. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweeping and Cleaning: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Waste Management: Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean environment.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
  • Contractor Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Moving and Storage: Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a visually appealing environment.
  • Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as part of your daily duties.
  • Physical Demands: The role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Physical Abilities: Bending, crouching, and kneeling are required for this role.
