Job Title: Administration Officer

Chardikla Investments Inc is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including files, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding creative solutions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Work Environment:
