Job Title: Renovation Manager

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Manager to join our team at Ipina Handyman Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors, tradespeople, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects meet their requirements and expectations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that work meets quality standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Outdoors, dusty, hot, noisy, and odorous environments.
  • Work Setting: New residential home building, residential renovation, trade work, and various locations.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and vehicle supplied by employer.

  • Client Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
