Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Manager to join our team at Ipina Handyman Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage budgets for renovation projects
  • Supervise and coordinate trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project plans and specifications are met
Work Environment

As a Renovation Manager, you will work outdoors in various locations, including new residential home building and residential renovation sites. You will be exposed to dusty, hot, and noisy environments, and may be required to work in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver's license and a vehicle supplied by the employer
  • Steel-toed safety boots

Working Conditions
