Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Renovation Manager to join our team at Ipina Handyman Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the renovation process, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage budgets for renovation projects
  • Supervise and coordinate trade work during home construction or renovation activities
  • Prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects
  • Collaborate with customers, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met
Work Environment

As a Renovation Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work outdoors, in dusty and hot conditions, and may be exposed to odours. A valid driver's licence and vehicle supplied by the employer are required.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
