Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pet store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or pet-related industry
  • College or CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
