Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd. in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in the overall direction and control of the store
  • Manage and supervise a team of retail staff
  • Control and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store displays
  • Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
