About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members in various areas of responsibility
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or pet store environment
  • College, CEGEP, or equivalent education
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
