About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Montreal. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for contract and permanent IT roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing job requirements and developing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and HR teams;
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure seamless candidate experience and efficient time-to-hire;
  • Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of the recruitment team;
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an IT industry setting;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding recruitment targets;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates;
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and technology, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
