Job Title: Executive Culinary Director

Pattersons Family Restaurant is seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to lead our culinary team. As an Executive Culinary Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creation of menus, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Menu Development: Work with our culinary team to create new menu items, update existing ones, and ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Kitchen Operations: Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that all food served meets our quality standards, and that we maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Sales and Revenue: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and work with our marketing team to develop strategies to increase revenue.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role.
  • Languages: English.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
