Job Title: Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza (Golden Pizza (Agassiz) Inc. DBA). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Determine Services and Operational Procedures: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Evaluate employee performance, provide feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and productivity.
  • Organize and Maintain Inventory: Manage inventory levels, ensure accurate ordering, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Ensure Health and Safety Regulations: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish relationships with suppliers to secure the best prices and services for our business.
  • Address Customer Complaints: Respond to customer concerns, resolve issues, and maintain a positive reputation for our brand.
  • Plan and Direct Daily Operations: Develop and implement daily plans to achieve sales goals, manage staff, and maintain operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Work Setting: Rural area, willing to relocate.
  • Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, attention to detail, and overtime required.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, and team player.
