Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tailored massage and bodywork to meet the unique needs of each guest.
  • Offer home care recommendations and retail sales to support guest wellness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized physical environment, ensuring a comfortable and safe space for guests.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and privacy of all guest information.
  • Effectively handle guest feedback and concerns, with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health and safety policies, prioritizing the well-being of guests and colleagues.
  • Contribute to a collaborative workplace, upholding the values of community, common goals, and acceptance.

Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited School of massage.
  • Registered and in good standing as a massage therapist in Alberta.
  • Minimum of one-year work experience as a Registered Massage Therapist.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Guest Service and Health and Wellness.
