Cellular Network Specialist

At ZAGG INVISIBLE SHIELD, we're seeking an experienced Cellular Network Specialist to join our team.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
About the Role:
We're looking for a skilled technician to work on site, diagnosing and repairing telecommunications equipment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers' phone systems are running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detect and repair faults in telecommunications equipment
- Inspect operation of equipment and make necessary adjustments
- Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement
- Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate records
- Instruct apprentices and junior technicians as needed
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1-2 years of experience in telecommunications or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant vocational training
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
