Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant to lead our change management initiatives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in change management, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop stakeholder engagement strategies
  • Design and conduct change readiness assessments and evaluate results
  • Develop and deliver training materials and lead training sessions
  • Administer measurement systems to track adoption and utilization
  • Develop an approach to embed and institutionalize change

Requirements:

  • Experience in change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies, and tools
  • Experience in development of change communication and change management strategies and plans
  • Ability to work effectively and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with project management fundamentals and understanding of the lifecycle of a project
