Job Title: Finance Manager, Optimization

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager, Optimization to drive the enhancement of finance business process outcomes with a focus on implementing best practice processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the global finance initiative roadmap, aligning with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Identify and execute areas of finance operational improvement, creating requirements documentation and end-to-end process flows.
  • Ensure all critical global policies, standards, and guidelines are included in the finance handbook.
  • Apply change management techniques to ensure clear communication and effective coordination across all areas impacted by finance initiatives.
  • Lead the Finance System Accounting Team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Professional Accountant designation or equivalent certification and proven experience in process mapping and improvement initiatives.
  • Experience administering accounting business tools and applications.
  • Experience improving productivity through automation and tool implementation.
  • A resilient, flexible, solution-oriented approach to addressing areas of improvement.
