Development Finance SpecialistAs a Development Finance Specialist at AppleOne, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of our real estate development projects. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting, robust budgeting, and effective forecasting, contributing to the overall success of our ventures.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and maintain comprehensive financial records for development projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and manage project proformas, bank draw requests, budgets, and forecasts, providing insightful financial analysis to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to monitor project expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure adherence to financial plans.
- Conduct regular financial reporting and analysis, highlighting key performance indicators and trends to inform decision-making.
- Stay abreast of relevant financial regulations and industry best practices, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in project/development accounting within the real estate sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
