Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Services Representative to join our team at Super 8 Motels. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is comfortable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process room reservations, cancellations, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities and services, as well as local points of interest.
- Process guest departures, calculate charges, and receive payments in a professional and courteous manner.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures at all times.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to guests and staff in a timely and professional manner.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a similar role is an asset.
- Ability to work a 40-hour week.
- Proficiency in English.
