- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of spa supplies, ensuring that we always have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain efficient work schedules and procedures, ensuring that our spa operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Hygiene and Sanitation: Ensure that our spa facilities and equipment meet the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation, conforming to all relevant policies and regulations.
- Settlement Support: Assist newcomers and refugees with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and storage.
- Social and Labour Market Integration: Support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
- Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, helping them to obtain recognition for their qualifications and experience.
- Youth Employment: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, offering on-the-job training and awareness training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees, creating a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
- Elder Support: Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 30 to 36 hours per week
