Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Gia Linh Spa & Beauty Salon. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service delivery and quality control in our spa operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels in our spa services.
  • Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our spa staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Train and develop our spa staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain inventory of spa supplies and ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform duties as required to support the overall success of our spa team.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our community through our company's initiatives.
  • Participate in programs that support youth employment and provide on-the-job training tailored to their needs.
  • Support Indigenous people through cultural competency training and awareness programs.
Requirements:
  • Permanent employment opportunity.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30-36 hours of work per week.
