About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Gia Linh Spa & Beauty Salon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and service in our spa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and production levels in the spa.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of spa staff, including training and development.
  • Maintain inventory of spa supplies and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform same duties as spa staff supervised.
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations.

Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

  • Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and refugees, including housing, transportation, and childcare.
  • Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees, including language training and skills development.
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by conflict or natural disaster.
  • Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.

Support for Youths:

  • Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
  • Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.

Support for Indigenous People:

  • Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
  • Provide cultural competency training and awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers.
  • Facilitate access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers.
