About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who has a proven track record in managing kitchen staff, maintaining records of food costs and inventory, and creating new recipes. You will also be responsible for supervising activities of specialist chefs, chefs, cooks, and other kitchen workers, as well as planning and directing food preparation and cooking activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared and presented
  • Develop and implement menus that meet quality standards and appeal to our customers
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior culinary role
  • Proven track record in managing kitchen staff and maintaining records
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
