About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Agent at Yarmouth Appliances and Home Furnishings. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and sales goals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong product knowledge and features
